This gentle, revitalizing Yoga-stretch workout for beginners of any age or fitness level can help. You increase flexibility, range of motion and overall well-being for both Mind and Body by reducing stress and improving the Quality of Life. The Restorative and Therapeutic sequences of movements and postures are skillfully taught in a gentle, methodical fashion and designed to improve balance, develop core strength and ease muscle tension, enabling the body to feel more fluid and agile throughout every day while helping to prevent injury. Neil removes any intimidation by teaching the centuries-old practice of Hatha Yoga in a contemporary, easy-to-follow manner which breaks down and simplifies various techniques while providing key information on the profound and lasting benefits of a Yoga practice as He invites students to integrate Mind, Body and Spirit in the present moment.
